Lacey Streets is the President for National Recruiting Network, a North Carolina based recruiting firm. National Recruiting Network specializes in the U.S. Plastics & Packaging Manufacturing industries. Lacey brings astute leadership to National Recruiting Network, utilizing her years of experience and formal education to steer NRN toward continued success. Lacey holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, Master’s of Science in Nursing Leadership and will soon possess her MBA.
In addition to her aforementioned credentials, Lacey is also a Unit Coordinator for Sentara Albemarle Emergency Department, where she makes critical decisions quickly under the most challenging of circumstances.

Andrew Streets is the Managing Partner for National Recruiting Network, a North Carolina based recruiting firm. National Recruiting Network specializes in the U.S. Plastics & Packaging Manufacturing industries. With years of sales and marketing experience and a passion for competition, Andrew goes above and beyond to provide the highest quality of service to both the companies he serves and the technical professionals he guides through the career transition process. Andrew bridges the employer/employee gap by identifying areas of need within the companies he serves and presenting the highest quality and committed professionals for each area of need. Andrew’s services are always confidential and held to the highest standard of professionalism.
While pursuing his studies at College of the Albemarle, Andrew has been elected Co-President of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Nu Nu Chapter, selected as an Honor Marshall of the Freshman class (top 5% GPA), and elected to represent the Elizabeth City campus as one of three Student Ambassadors chosen from a student body of over 3,000. As an Ambassador, Andrew worked closely with the President of the College, as well as the Board of Directors, representing the needs and desires of the student body firsthand and bringing about proactive change to the campus and student life. He also served as one of six college students selected by the Mayor of Elizabeth City from the 3 surrounding colleges and Universities to serve on a Collegiate Panel Board, collaborating weekly with fellow student and civil leaders to champion local change and progression.
